1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Lucive, creating a Lucive account, or connecting an AI assistant to Lucive, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app or its services.

2. License

One license grants one natural person the right to use Lucive on their personal Mac devices. Commercial use or redistribution is not allowed without prior written consent.

3. Lucive Account and Planning Cloud

By creating an account you agree that:

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Just forward your purchase receipt to support@lucive.app.

6. Updates

Your purchase includes minor updates (bug fixes, small improvements). Major feature releases may require an additional fee, but we'll always tell you beforehand.

7. Liability

Lucive and its services are provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, including actions taken by AI assistants you have authorized.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license or account if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the app; you may request deletion of your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
